RBHS Presentation Evening 2025

On Thursday, 3rd July 2025, Rivington & Blackrod High School held its annual Presentation Evening, bringing together students, families and staff for a memorable celebration of achievement. The sports hall was filled with pride as the school community came together to recognise the dedication, talent, and accomplishments of its students.
The evening featured a powerful and inspiring address from Azeem Amir, professional blind football player for England, whose message of perseverance and positivity resonated deeply with the audience. The school choir also performed beautifully, debuting the brand-new school song, which was written and shaped by students themselves.
The debut performance of the song was a real highlight of the evening — a moving and meaningful moment that perfectly reflected the values, identity and spirit of the Rivington & Blackrod community.
