Prestolee Primary School Pupil Wins Special Prize in "We Are Harper" Challenge

Last week, Prestolee Primary School welcomed representatives from Harper Green School, who visited to present a special prize to Year 6 pupil Finnegan. He participated in the "We are Harper" competition during the annual Year 5 and 6 Open Evening, which aimed to engage prospective students and introduce them to the school's values. As part of the challenge, Finnegan had to locate the hidden letters H-A-R-P-E-R around the school and identify what each letter represented.
Finnegan's hard work paid off, earning him a £50 voucher and a complete set of Year 6 classroom books for his school. Headteacher Ms. Heppenstall had the pleasure of delivering the prize and enjoyed engaging with Finnegan’s class, who were eager to ask questions about life at Harper Green. The enthusiasm displayed by the children was heartwarming.
