Leverhulme Leadership Conference 2024: Discovering Your Leadership Voice

On Friday, 8th, and Saturday, 9th November 2024, leaders from across the Leverhulme Trust gathered at the Marriott Hotel in Worsley for the annual Leverhulme Leadership Conference. Designed to provide professional development for all leaders, the event brought together colleagues for a series of engaging workshops and team-building activities.
This year’s conference featured inspirational guest speaker James Aidoo, who led impactful workshops focused on developing leadership voices, including “Discovering Your Leadership Voice” and “The Power of Your Voice”. His sessions encouraged staff to reflect on their leadership style, communicate more effectively and unlock their full potential. In addition to the workshops, staff enjoyed team-building activities and a quiz.
The conference concluded with a reflective session and forward planning for future sessions, marking an enriching weekend that will continue to inspire and shape leaders across the Trust.
