From Finance Apprentice to Deputy Finance Manager

We are proud to announce that Finance Assistant Lyndsey Higham has been promoted to Deputy Finance Manager.
Lyndsey started an apprenticeship in 2018, studying her AAT Level 3 and Level 4 while employed at Leverhulme Church of England and Community Trust. After completing the apprenticeship in 2020, she became a Finance Assistant and enrolled onto the ACCA degree at Bolton University alongside her full-time role. Lyndsey completed her ACCA degree with hard work and dedication and qualified as a chartered accountant in March 2024.
Lyndsey’s journey from apprentice to Deputy Finance Manager reflects her personal growth and is a testament to the development opportunities available to all LCECT employees.
