Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
The Trust Board recognise the importance of having diversity of skills, knowledge, experiences, and perspectives on the board to help ensure it is best placed to meet the needs of pupils, parents, and staff. A Trust Board diversity evaluation has recently been completed and an action plan has been agreed by Trustees, which will be monitored over the next 12 months.
